Role Overview
We are hiring a dynamic Inside Sales Executive / Manager with 3–5 years of B2B inside sales experience in IT, SaaS, Data Analytics, or Automation services. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, lead conversion ability, and experience engaging with CXO-level decision-makers (CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads).
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sales Pipeline Management

Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads across industries.

Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline aligned with revenue goals.

Handle the full sales cycle: lead qualification → product demos → proposal follow-ups.
🔹 Consultative Engagement

Understand client pain points around data, compliance, automation, and reporting gaps.

Present Wisecor’s analytics dashboards, AI-driven automation, and reporting tools as business solutions.

Conduct impactful client presentations and product demos.
🔹 Collaboration & Market Strategy

Work with leadership to refine sales strategy and explore new market opportunities.

Collaborate with delivery teams to design customized solutions.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
🔹 CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).

Share weekly progress reports on outreach, conversions, and pipeline.

Provide feedback to marketing for campaign improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 3–5 years of proven Inside Sales / Business Development experience in IT, SaaS, Consulting, or Data Analytics & Automation.
✅ Strong ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
✅ Proven success in building and converting a B2B pipeline.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) & lead-gen platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital transformation environment.
Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.

Certifications in Sales, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation Sales will be a plus.
