🧾 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring: Handle end-to-end hiring for technical and corporate roles – from sourcing and screening to salary negotiation and offer issuance.
Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate documentation, IT code generation, HRMS setup, and employee orientation.
Employee Engagement: Address HR queries, support new joiners, and plan employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Administration: Process attendance, leaves, and incentive data; maintain HRMS and prepare monthly MIS reports.
Exit & Compliance: Conduct exit interviews, manage full and final settlements, and ensure proper offboarding documentation.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Graduate with 5+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience
Strong in communication, team coordination, and documentation
Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS systems
Trustworthy, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information
