About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer skilled in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS to join our dynamic tech team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies across frontend, backend, databases, cloud, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Implement Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Collaborate with designers to implement reusable and scalable UI components.

🔹 Backend Development

• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design efficient database schemas in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and microservices.

🔹 Database & Performance Optimization

• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Perform query tuning, indexing, and schema optimization.
• Improve backend and database performance proactively.

🔹 Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and scale apps on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudFront).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Use Docker, Terraform, and CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery.

🔹 Monitoring & Load Testing

• Conduct load tests using tools like Artillery, JMeter, or Locust.
• Set up monitoring and alerting with Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.

🔹 Collaboration & Code Quality

• Work with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams for feature delivery.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend:

• React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of web performance and accessibility standards.

Backend:

• Node.js, NestJS, REST, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of caching, error handling, and API security.

Database:

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in SQL optimization and indexing strategies.

DevOps & Cloud:

• Hands-on with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD tools.

General:

• Familiar with TypeScript, Git, Agile/Scrum, and TDD.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka, SQS, or RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of OWASP, GDPR, and security best practices.
• Prior work on e-commerce, ERP, or enterprise web platforms.
• Familiar with Core Web Vitals and Web Performance Metrics.
