We are hiring an experienced AVP – Balance Sheet Consolidation for our leading client in the manufacturing & textile industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, managing fixed assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting audit and reporting functions across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly balance sheet consolidation across all business units and subsidiaries.
- Manage and monitor fixed asset accounting, including purchase, sale, and depreciation.
- Act as a single point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review and strengthen internal financial processes and policies.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance or Accounts
- 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing / textile.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal audit, inventory valuation, and fixed asset management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
