We are looking for a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai and Noida. If you have 2–4 years of experience in business development within the advertising, media, or marketing industry and a passion for building client relationships, we want to meet you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the advertising, media, and marketing sectors

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry partners

• Support and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals

• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, media) to deliver tailored client solutions

• Create and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

• Participate in contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closures

• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

• Maintain updated CRM records and prepare performance reports

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

• 2–4 years of experience in BD, sales, or account management (preferably in advertising/media)

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and media planning

• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
