About the Role

We are hiring for our client — one of India’s most reputed real estate developers, known for delivering over 113 landmark projects across Mumbai, Pune, and other key cities. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for supervising and executing all finishing and civil work at site, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timely delivery.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage finishing activities such as plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and gypsum works.
• Conduct site inspections, snagging/de-snagging, and ensure compliance with design and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Prepare BOQs, verify quantities, and support material planning.
• Ensure site safety, quality assurance, and documentation of work progress.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
