Customers Paid Late. Cash Was Stuck. We Fixed Collections.

How Wisecor Helped a Growing Business Improve Collections, Reduce Overdue Receivables, and Strengthen Cash Flow

Sales were growing, but the cash wasn't coming in at the same pace. A growing business was dealing with delayed customer payments, a rising number of overdue invoices, and very little visibility into what was owed and by whom. Follow-ups were irregular, payments were often hard to match with invoices, and the finance team spent hours chasing customers instead of managing cash flow. Wisecor stepped in to put a structured accounts receivable process in place, helping the business collect faster and track receivables with confidence.

Wisecor solution

A Structured Approach to Getting Paid on Time

Wisecor started by reviewing the client’s invoicing and collection process to find where payments were getting delayed and where follow-ups were being missed.

The team built a customer-wise ageing report, set up a regular follow-up schedule based on due dates, and streamlined how incoming payments were matched to invoices. Disputed and short-paid invoices were tracked separately and resolved together with the sales team. Management also started getting weekly collection reports showing overdue amounts and expected inflows.

With this structure in place, the finance team could focus on cash flow planning, and collections became predictable instead of reactive.
