👤 Role: Country Deputy Manager – India

We are hiring a Country Deputy Manager to support the India Country Manager (Chinese) in managing business operations and driving sales performance across India. This is a leadership role, ideal for candidates with experience in the medical equipment or hospital-grade devices industry.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Support the Country Manager in business expansion across India

• Lead and manage a local team of 6–7 professionals

• Drive medical equipment sales in hospital and homecare markets

• Build relationships with distributors and healthcare institutions

• Provide local market insights and strategy inputs to HQ

🎯 Requirements

• Indian national with fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare equipment distribution

• Background in hospital-grade equipment or home healthcare products preferred

• Strong team leadership and sales performance management skills

• Ability to work closely with cross-cultural teams
