About the Role:

We are hiring a Software Tester for a leading company in the Fintech & Software Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in software quality assurance, including manual & automation testing (Selenium with Java/Python), and a keen eye for detail to ensure top-notch product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documents
✅ Develop & execute manual and automation test cases
✅ Identify and report bugs & defects to development teams
✅ Perform regression, smoke, sanity, and load testing
✅ Implement test automation frameworks (Data-Driven & Keyword-Driven)
✅ Ensure technical accuracy & compliance in software documentation
✅ Work with Agile frameworks & participate in product design reviews
✅ Track bug life cycle & defect resolutions

Required Skills:

🔹 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing & QA
🔹 Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC & STLC
🔹 Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium with Java/Python)
🔹 Expertise in defect tracking tools & Agile frameworks
🔹 Experience with API testing & automation test coverage
🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
