📍 Job Title: Account Executive
📍 Location: Malad West, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate (Accounting/Finance Preferred)
📆 Experience Required: 3-5 Years
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Accounting & Financial Management

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Manage banking operations, including payments and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments and clearances.

✅ Compliance & Statutory Regulations

• Oversee PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
• Support internal & external audits by preparing required documentation.

✅ Financial Reporting & Budgeting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data for budget planning & forecasting.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

✅ Process Optimization & Internal Controls

• Manage employee reimbursements for travel, meals, and work-related expenses.
• Implement internal control policies to enhance financial efficiency.
• Offer strategic insights for financial performance improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
📌 Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in financial accounting & reporting.
📊 Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial software.
📢 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal & written skills in English.
💼 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data & provide actionable insights.
🔧 Detail-Oriented & Accuracy-Focused: Strong attention to detail & ability to meet tight deadlines.
