We are hiring for a leading manufacturer specializing in Lightning Protection Systems, Earthing Solutions, Surge Protection Devices, and Aviation Lights. The company provides comprehensive solutions to clients across various industries, including Airports, Seaports, Petrochemical Plants, Steel Industries, Automotive Plants, IT Parks, Infrastructure Projects, Government Buildings, and Commercial & Residential Offices.

📍 Position: Associate Sales Manager
📍 Location: New Delhi-NCR
📆 Experience Required: 12-15 Years
🎓 Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent field
🏭 Preferred Industry: Electricals, Switchgears, Industrial Products, Power, Construction Materials, Infrastructure


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify & prospect target accounts to generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
✅ Work with Electrical Consultants, MEP & EPC Contractors, and Builders to define technical specifications and manage project requirements.
✅ Lead tendering, bid preparation, and order booking processes for large-scale projects.
✅ Provide technical sales support, including installation assistance and post-sales services.
Manage payment collection & account handling for direct and distribution accounts.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants and Contractors.
✅ Manage and expand the existing customer base while actively acquiring new clients.
Secure consultant approvals and drive high customer satisfaction for repeat business.
Increase market share in the Lightning Protection & Earthing Solutions segment across Northern India.

Team Collaboration & Coordination:

✅ Work closely with supporting teams from the New Delhi Office & Head Office to streamline sales cycles.
✅ Coordinate enquiry prospection, quotation preparation, technical & commercial negotiations, order processing, shipments, and payment recovery.
✅ Support the team in achieving sales and collection targets.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
📌 Industry Experience: 12-15 years in Electricals, Switchgears, Industrial Products, Power, Construction Materials, Infrastructure.
📊 Sales & Business Development: Proven expertise in B2B sales, tendering, and project-based sales.
💼 Client Management: Strong ability to engage with Consultants, EPC Contractors, and Key Decision Makers.
📢 Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for effective client engagement.
🔧 Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Lightning Protection, Earthing Solutions, and Surge Protection Systems.
