Job Details:

✅ Position: Store Executive
✅ Experience: 3 – 6 Years
✅ Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
✅ Education: Any Graduate
✅ Shift Timings: General Shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
✅ Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (In-hand)
✅ Gender Preference: Male

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Store Management: Maintain accurate records of material receipt, issuance, and stock ledger updates.
🔹 Inventory Control: Execute Material Planning, Mini-Max, Re-Order Level, ABC Analysis, and Non-Moving Item Control.
🔹 Stock Handling: Manage loading, unloading, storage, and preservation of materials.
🔹 Stock Verification: Conduct periodic and annual physical stock audits.
🔹 SAP & Excel Expertise: Maintain store records efficiently in SAP and Excel.
🔹 Procurement Coordination: Work closely with the purchase department for stock updates.
🔹 Material Handling: Oversee End fittings, Bought-out items, Consumables, Spare Parts, Office Stationery & Packing Materials.
🔹 RGP & NRGP Process: Ensure smooth handling of Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate Pass processes.
🔹 Scrap Management: Handle scrap disposal regularly.
🔹 GRN Preparation: Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP.
🔹 Process Optimization: Implement continuous improvement activities for better efficiency.
🔹 Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
