Job Overview

We are hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) – Statutory Audit to join our growing team in Mumbai. If you have expertise in statutory audits, Ind AS implementation, and month-end accounting within the NBFC sector, this opportunity is for you! You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supporting financial reporting, and handling external audits.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and assist in statutory audits in compliance with Ind AS and regulatory frameworks.
✅ Manage the month-end closing process, including financial statements and reconciliations.
✅ Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with company policies.
✅ Provide financial data analysis and support in management reporting.
✅ Liaise with external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.
✅ Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and NBFC laws.
✅ Assist with GST filings, tax audits, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Qualified CA with at least 3 years of experience (preferably in an NBFC).
✔ Strong expertise in Ind AS, statutory audits, and financial reporting.
✔ Proficiency in month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial statements preparation.
✔ Sound knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Attributes

⭐ Experience with accounting software & ERP systems.
⭐ Prior exposure to NBFC or financial services industry.
⭐ Ability to work independently and in a team.
