Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Site QA Head – Quality Assurance (OSD) to lead and manage end-to-end quality operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The role requires strong expertise in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), regulatory compliance, GMP, and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for plant quality assurance activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, QMS, and regulatory requirements
• Approve and control SOPs, BMRs, specifications, and quality documents
• Lead and manage regulatory audits and inspections (EU GMP & other country approvals)
• Conduct and oversee internal audits and compliance reviews
• Head and mentor the QA team, ensuring effective workload distribution
• Collaborate with Production, QC, and other departments to prevent and resolve quality issues
• Ensure training and development of QA personnel
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality systems

Key Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as QA Head / Senior QA Leader in OSD pharmaceuticals
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, regulatory guidelines
• Hands-on experience with regulatory audits & inspections
• Leadership and team-handling capabilities
• Excellent documentation and compliance management skills
