Position: Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / AVP – LMS & LOS Software (Banking & NBFCs)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager / AVP with a strong background in selling Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), software solutions, and digital transformation services to large Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience specifically in selling LMS and LOS software within the banking and NBFC industries, along with a robust network of industry contacts. This position requires the ability to drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire large Banks and NBFCs as clients, meeting revenue targets and fostering business growth.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, banking influencers, and NBFC stakeholders.
Leverage existing network to identify and pursue business opportunities in the banking and NBFC sectors.
Gain a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Banks and NBFCs and position LMS and LOS software solutions as effective tools to solve their business needs.
Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities, expanding brand presence within the banking and NBFC industry.
Stay informed on banking regulations, compliance requirements, and technological advancements in the NBFC and financial services industry.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Mandatory: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in selling software solutions, particularly LMS and LOS software, to large Banks and NBFCs. At least 3-4 years of experience should be specifically in selling LMS and LOS software.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the banking and NBFC segments.
Extensive networking experience with key decision-makers in the banking and NBFC sectors.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and regulatory landscape within Banking and NBFCs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex software solutions for diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
