• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, 5+ years in leadership

• Strong knowledge of electrical product markets and B2B sales

• Exceptional communication, team management, and strategic thinking skills

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales analytics
