Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Procurement Engineer (Costing) to support our growing operations at Aeroflex India Pvt. Ltd. This is a great opportunity for freshers or junior professionals who want to build a career in engineering procurement, vendor coordination, and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely costing information to the costing department.
• Source and maintain updated vendor quotations for various engineering items.
• Maintain and revise a price list for standard components every quarter.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations (e.g., NI-cr prices).
• Communicate any price changes to internal departments promptly.
• Coordinate with the design team to resolve technical queries related to quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis for components and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
• Prepare and present procurement reports.

Required Skills:
• Knowledge of machining, hydraulic parts, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with standards such as ASTM, ASME, JIS, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in SAP or any ERP system.
• Knowledge of ISO Management Systems.
• Excellent MS Excel (Advanced) and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
