Hiring: Pricing & RFQ Desk Specialist | Logistics Industry

Are you an experienced professional in Pricing & RFQ? We are hiring for a leading client in the logistics industry!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Negotiate with MLOs/NVOCCs to secure competitive market rates.
✅ Maintain and update tariffs for major trade lanes.
✅ Liaise with Shipping Lines, Overseas Counterparts & Brokers to source and feed competitive pricing into the system.
✅ Develop strong vendor relationships for the best possible pricing.
✅ Monitor and report key performance metrics for efficiency.
✅ Conduct MBRs/QBRs for critical customers.
✅ Work with the commercial team to enhance processes, boost productivity, and improve quality.
✅ Ensure smooth communication with the commercial team on pricing strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
✅ Respond to RFQs and submit bids on time.

Required Skills & Competencies:

✔️ 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics pricing & RFQ management.
✔️ Proven ability to handle high-volume pricing operations.
✔️ Strong relationships with vendors & shipping partners.
✔️ Tech-savvy with a digital-first mindset.
✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
