About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager/AVP to lead our Banking & NBFC software solutions marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling software solutions, products, and digital transformation services to Banks and NBFCs with at least 3-4 years of direct experience in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop & execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to expand our presence in Banking & NBFCs
✅ Build strong relationships with C-level executives & decision-makers in Banks and NBFCs
✅ Leverage industry expertise and an extensive network to generate business opportunities
✅ Understand industry pain points and position our software & digital transformation solutions effectively
✅ Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking forums
✅ Stay updated on banking trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial technologies

Who Should Apply?

🔹 8-10+ years of experience in marketing banking software solutions & digital transformation products
🔹 At least 3-4 years of direct experience in the Banking & NBFC industry
🔹 Strong network & industry connections with key decision-makers in Banks/NBFCs
🔹 Proven track record in achieving sales & marketing targets
