🔍 Job Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Credit Control Manager with a strong background in client payment follow-up, compliance handling, and credit risk management. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing outstanding collections and addressing escalations professionally within the transport or logistics industry.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Daily follow-up with clients and branches for outstanding payments and unbilled LRs via email and calls

• Manage escalations and resolve payment issues in line with company policies

• Ensure timely updates and compliance with credit control procedures

• Monitor and manage customer portfolio within agreed credit terms and credit limits

• Work cross-functionally to maintain healthy receivables and resolve disputes

🛠 Skills & Requirements:

• Experience: 3–7 years in a credit control or accounts receivable role

• Industry Experience Preferred: Transport, Cargo, or Logistics

• Strong understanding of compliance procedures and payment terms

• Excellent command of MS Excel and internet fundamentals

• Good written and verbal communication skills
