Our client, a leading Chinese manufacturer specializing in high-precision CNC machine tools for industrial applications, is expanding operations in India and is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Logistics Management.

职责 Responsibilities:

• Quality Management: Ensure logistics-related product quality meets standards; monitor and improve quality control.

• Equipment Management: Oversee maintenance of production-related logistics equipment for uninterrupted operations.

• Inventory Management: Track raw materials and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with supply chain, sales, R&D, and other departments to align logistics with market demand.

• Report Preparation: Analyze data and prepare reports to support management decisions.

• Emergency Response: Address logistics disruptions swiftly to minimize impact.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and industry standards.

• Team Building: Build and nurture a high-performance logistics team.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and foster a culture of improvement.

要求 Requirements:

1. Key Experience:

• 2–3 years of cross-border logistics experience.

• Familiarity with international freight forwarding and logistics project management.

2. Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of international logistics processes and warehousing/transport standards.

• Experience processing logistics orders efficiently across regions.

3. Core Competencies:

• Excellent coordination skills with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and clients.

• Ability to solve logistics challenges like customs clearance issues and delays effectively.

人数 Demand: 1–2 persons

备注 Remarks:

• Initial training/familiarization will be in the Gujarat factory (relocation to Chennai later).

• Age preferably below 45.

• Team building experience is a plus.

• Must be adaptable to Indian working/living conditions, including domestic travel.

• Background in injection molding/CNC-related industries preferred.
