About Us:

Join one of India’s top real estate and infrastructure development companies, driving large-scale projects across the country. We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in book closure, audit support, GL reconciliation, and financial reporting to strengthen our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Book Closure & Audit Support

✔ Conduct General Ledger (GL) scrutiny, trial balance analysis, and final sign-off.
✔ Coordinate with P2P, Treasury, Tax, and Accounts teams to ensure trial balance completeness.
✔ Ensure all tasks in the month-end closure checklist are completed on time.
✔ Provide audit support, including sample documentation and preparation of relevant schedules.
✔ Prepare audit data requirements for Statutory, Internal, RERA, ICFR, and Cost Audits.

2️⃣ Related Party Transactions (RPT) Reconciliation (Quarterly/Annual)

✔ Extract and organize related party statements as per defined schedules.
✔ Prepare balance workings and obtain confirmations from related parties.
✔ Conduct RPT reconciliation, identify mismatches, and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.
✔ Prepare and submit related party reports in the prescribed format and timeline.

3️⃣ General Ledger (GL) Reconciliation

✔ Extract and reconcile Debtors GL and Advance GL balances with Sub-Ledgers.
✔ Extract and reconcile Creditors GL and Advance GL balances with Sub-Ledgers.
✔ Perform clean-up activities, including reviewing old balances, aging analysis, and necessary adjustments.

4️⃣ MIS & Compliance Reporting

✔ Ensure RERA and HUDA compliance & reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
✔ Prepare Cash Flow MIS Reports for management.
✔ Generate custom financial reports based on business and management requirements.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

✅ 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and audit support.
✅ Strong expertise in book closure, GL reconciliation, and related party transactions.
✅ Knowledge of RERA, HUDA compliance, and financial regulations in real estate.
✅ Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS, and cash flow management.
✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
