Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts (HOD)

Location: Mumbai, India
Industry: Manufacturing & Export (Agro/Food Processing)
Salary: Rs 12-15 Lacs (Negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Manage banking compliance, working capital, loans, LC, and guarantees.
• Conduct financial analysis, fund flow assessment, and prepare cash flow reports.
• Ensure GST and tax law compliance with consultants.
• Finalize financial statements as per accounting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.
• Provide MIS reports and liaise with banks.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA.
• 8-10 years in manufacturing/export (Agro/Food Processing).
• 5+ years handling banking compliance and finance.
