Job Description
We are hiring an experienced General Manager – Sales for our Bright Bar Division, specializing in stainless steel bar products. This role involves driving B2B sales across India to OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end sales of stainless steel bright bars to OEMs, Distributors, and End-Users
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams like production, logistics, and marketing
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bright bar or steel industry sales
- Strong network with OEMs and industrial clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Any Graduate with strong technical understanding of bar products
- Willing to travel across regions
