💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month

Job Purpose

To manage accounting operations related to loans, investments, and borrowings, ensuring timely closure of books and process efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage loan book reconciliation and accounting of loans
• Responsible for timely closure of Investments and Borrowings accounting
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly book closure
• Set up and establish accounting systems and processes
• Coordinate with Tech and BI teams for automation or system requirements
• Manage LMS reconciliation and testing (if applicable)
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting SPOC

Qualification & Experience

• B.Com / M.Com
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting / finance

Essential Skills

• Strong accounting knowledge
• Experience with SAP HANA (TRM and other modules)
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
