Experience- 2+Years
Essential Duties
1. Forecasting and Budgeting:
a. Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes by working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.
b. Perform variance analysis on budgets and forecast identifying fluctuations as applicable.
c. Perform sensitivity, scenario analysis, and maintain financial metrics as an indicator of company health.
d. Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision making.
2. Strategic Finance:
a. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions.
b. Assist in identifying and vetting potential M&A targets.
c. Help implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance revenue operations.
3. Systems Management:
a. Assist in maintaining the integrity of revenue-related systems, including ERP, EPM, CRM
b. Ensure data accuracy and completeness within systems through regular audits and data validation processes.
c. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A
Job Duties
The Financial Analyst should be able to execute the following tasks with moderate guidance and support. They should be aware of the timing requirements of department duties and have internal and external networking skills with various stakeholders:
Knowledge Milestones
● Maintain documentation on the FP&A functions within the organization
● Develop an understanding of our sales cycle and client base
● Begin building functional dashboards and reporting out of the EPM

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; 1+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms. Experience with ERP & planning systems. Advertising experience a plus. Media a plus.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence using professional vocabulary and industry terminology. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. Must be proficient in excel. XLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables and complicated calculations.
Computer Skills
Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by email and use scheduling software. Excel skills should include a knowledge of pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s and XLOOKUP’s.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
