Are you an experienced Finance Transformation Manager looking for a challenging role in the real estate industry? We are hiring for a leading client seeking a highly skilled professional to drive transformation, automation, and process efficiency in the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Finance Transformation Strategy – Develop and execute finance transformation strategies to optimize operations and achieve cost savings.
✅ Process Automation & Improvement – Identify and implement automation & process enhancements to improve financial efficiency.
✅ Change Management – Lead change initiatives for seamless adoption of new financial processes & systems, collaborating closely with IT.
✅ Migration to Shared Services – Oversee migration of finance activities (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) to Shared Service Centers, ensuring smooth transitions.
✅ Month-End Closure & Ind-AS Adjustments – Support and monitor month-end financial closing for accuracy and compliance.
✅ Project Management & UAT – Lead finance transformation projects, ensuring successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of experience in finance transformation roles.
✔️ Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, SFDC) and other finance automation tools.
✔️ Proven experience in finance automation, transformation, project management, and change management.
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive financial process improvements.
✔️ Awareness of emerging technologies, industry best practices, and digital finance trends.
