Job Objective:
The Finance Manager (Fund Raising) will be responsible for managing and executing financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions at a strategic level. This role demands in-depth knowledge of corporate finance, fund raising, and debt portfolio management, with a strong focus on minimizing financial risks and ensuring seamless operations across financial reporting and compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Fund Raising & Financial Planning: Prepare comprehensive project finance reports, interpret and review financial data to facilitate decision-making.
Liaison with Financial Institutions: Engage with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for debt financing, ensuring the timely raising of capital.
Finance Compliance Management: Oversee and monitor compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit procedures.
Feasibility & Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence and prepare feasibility studies, presenting findings to senior management and the treasury.
Risk Management Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risks to the organization, ensuring financial stability.
Audit Liaison: Work closely with auditors to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting and compliance.
Key Competencies:
Fund Raising & Deployment: Expertise in raising funds from banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
Cash Flow Management: Proficiency in managing cash flow, optimizing working capital, and ensuring liquidity.
Bank Negotiations: Skilled in negotiating with banks and financial institutions to secure the best financing terms.
Budgeting & Financial Monitoring: Strong ability to manage corporate budgeting processes, analyze variances, and monitor financial performance.
Senior Management Collaboration: Experience in working with senior management to define financial strategies and goals.
Analytical & Financial Reporting Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements, reports, and market data.
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, debt portfolio management, and fund raising via financial institutions, banks, and NBFCs.
Proven expertise in financial planning, fund raising, and debt financing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and financial institutions.
