We are hiring a MySQL Database Administrator with expertise in AWS, Linux, and system administration to efficiently manage and optimize our databases.

Role Overview:

The candidate will primarily be responsible for MySQL database administration, along with Linux system administration, including Apache, Tomcat, and other monitoring applications, mainly hosted on AWS.

📆 Experience: Minimum 2 Years of MySQL Administration
💰 CTC: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Monitor & optimize MySQL databases for performance and security
✅ Expertise in tracking & optimizing slow queries
✅ Deep knowledge of MySQL configuration & querying
✅ Experience in NoSQL database management
✅ Database security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
✅ Automation of DB tasks & monitoring
✅ Hands-on experience with DB migrations, replication, backup & recovery
✅ Setting up procedures, checklists, and guidelines for cloud & on-premise installations
✅ Expertise in encryption, data masking, and security best practices
✅ Strong Linux system administration skills (shell scripting, networking, security, file system)
✅ Experience managing Tomcat, Apache, and AWS cloud resources
✅ Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
✅ Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
✅ Excellent documentation & process definition skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and optimize MySQL databases for performance, security, and scalability.
• Implement disaster-proof & automated database management processes.
• Manage multiple databases across applications and servers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot database-related issues efficiently.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and tool upgrades.
• Automate monitoring, reporting, and dashboard visualizations.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure for databases and web applications.
• Be available on-call for critical database support.
• Document knowledge, processes, and technological changes for continuous improvement.
