About the Role:

A reputed CA firm is actively hiring both fresher CAs and experienced Chartered Accountants (3–4 years) in Direct Taxation. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your career in income tax filing, tax compliance, and direct tax litigation with hands-on client exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, and corporate clients.

• Draft and respond to Income Tax notices, appeals, and handle scrutiny assessments.

• Represent clients before Income Tax Authorities during audits and hearings.

• Provide advisory services for tax planning and compliance.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all tax filings and correspondence.

Candidate Profile:

🔹 For Freshers:

• Recently qualified Chartered Accountant.

• Strong academic background in Direct Taxation, income tax, and tax laws.

🔹 For Experienced Candidates:

• Qualified CA with 3–4 years of experience in Direct Taxation.

• Practical knowledge of tax return filing, legal drafting, and handling tax assessments.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi/ Gujarati (mandatory).

• Strong drafting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional demeanor and ability to manage clients independently.

• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Up-to-date knowledge of Indian Direct Tax laws and regulatory changes.
