A prestigious CA firm based in BKC, Mumbai is seeking a CA – Direct Taxation Head to oversee tax assessments, appeals, and client representation.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handling all Assessments & Appeal matters
✔ Representation before CIT, ITAT, and other tax authorities
✔ Direct Taxation compliance and advisory
✔ Client Management – providing expert tax solutions
✔ Department visits and coordination with tax officials
✔ Drafting Grounds of Appeal, Written Submissions & Paper Books
✔ Assisting before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)
✔ Preparing tax opinions for clients
✔ Regularly updating the firm’s website with key tax updates & case law judgments

Key Requirements:

✅ CA Qualification (Chartered Accountant)
✅ Mandatory Big 4 or MNC experience
✅ 1+ years of relevant experience in taxation
✅ Strong communication & networking skills
✅ Male candidate preferred
