We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to drive client acquisition & revenue growth in Recruitment and Manpower Augmentation services.
You’ll engage with HR Heads, Business Leaders & Finance Leaders to build long-term business partnerships.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify & connect with potential clients across industries
✅ Build & maintain relationships with decision-makers
✅ Achieve sales & revenue targets in recruitment/staffing
✅ Present value propositions & workforce models
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations & service agreements
✅ Collaborate with internal teams for client success
✅ Travel for client meetings & presentations
✅ Maintain reports on leads, pipeline & conversions

🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ Proven BD experience in recruitment/staffing/HR outsourcing
✔ Strong knowledge of hiring & workforce models
✔ Excellent communication & networking skills
✔ Willing to travel frequently
✔ Independent, target-driven, and proactive
✔ Existing corporate network is an added advantage
