Job Overview
As a Billing Executive in the freight forwarding and CHA domain, you will manage end-to-end billing and invoicing operations, ensure accuracy of charges, liaise with clients, and maintain compliance with logistics and customs regulations.

- Invoice Generation: Create accurate invoices for CHA and freight services as per contracts.
- Billing Verification: Cross-check shipment and customs charges with internal teams.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Maintain invoice records, update billing software.
- Client Communication: Resolve billing discrepancies, send invoice details to clients.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor and follow up on pending payments.

- Reporting: Generate billing reports for internal/external use and audits.
- Compliance: Adhere to industry and financial regulations.
- Department Coordination: Collaborate with operations, customs, logistics, and finance teams.
- Record Keeping: Organize contracts, invoices, and financial records systematically.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Admin, Logistics, or related.
- Experience: 2-4 years in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs billing.
- Software Proficiency: MS Excel, ERP or logistics billing software.
- Knowledge:
- Customs laws, freight charges, shipping terms (Incoterms, HS codes).
- International trade and logistics documentation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to manage client queries.
- Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple billing cycles
