Job Description:
We are actively seeking Assistant Managers – Sales to join our dynamic team. The role involves selling stainless steel metallic hoses, expansion joints, and bellows to OEMs, distributors, and core industries across PAN India.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent sales acumen, and experience working with OEMs and industrial clients. Frequent domestic travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost business growth.
- Drive sales by meeting with OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients across India.
- Maintain and expand a strong pipeline of opportunities in key industries like oil & gas, steel, and automotive.
- Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Provide customer feedback to the internal product and R&D teams.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–9 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Prior experience selling expansion joints, bellows, metallic hoses, or related products is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability and willingness to travel across PAN India for client visits.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
