Position Name: Assistant Manager – QAD & MR
Experience: 7 – 10 Years
Salary Budget: ₹3.5 – 6.5 LPA
Job Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad
Education: B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arrange and conduct Internal Quality Audits.
• Organize and lead Monthly Quality Review Meetings and Management Review Meetings.
• Liaison with certification bodies and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with all departments to define and implement effective corrective actions.
• Review and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department.
• Conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) for process compliance.
• Hold daily work meetings with middle-level management.
• Manage and attend customer audits effectively.
• Analyze, design, and implement new systems as per customer requirements.
• Drive target control activities and monitor progress.
• Perform data analysis and drive continual improvements.
• Coordinate new product development activities, including APQP, PPAP, tool acceptance.
• Disposition of non-conforming products.
• Identify, implement, and monitor statistical techniques.
• Handle corrective actions for customer complaints and internal failures.
• Ensure control of customer-supplied documents, standards, and samples.
• Prepare, issue, and control Quality Plans.
• Manage product and process change control.
• Monitor safety characteristics, where applicable.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1. IATF Certified professional with proven experience in IATF-certified Plastic Injection Moulding plants.
2. Hands-on experience in Internal & External Auditing.
3. Strong expertise in Quality Audits, QMS, and QAD.
4. Experience as Management Representative (MR).
5. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and Plastic Moulding processes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
