Job Summary:

We are hiring a CA-qualified Manager – Accounts for a reputed client in the Hygiene and Health industry based in Goregaon East, Mumbai. This role is ideal for experienced Chartered Accountants looking to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

• Manage and review General Ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations.

• Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital.

• Coordinate with banks on fund transfers, FX transactions, and investments.

• Support audit processes, address queries, and ensure documentation.

• Generate regular financial reports and provide data-driven insights.

• Monitor accounts receivable, enforce credit control strategies.

• Drive process improvements and implement accounting best practices.

• Supervise and guide junior finance team members.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Proficiency in SAP and accounting software.

• Deep understanding of Ind AS, compliance, and statutory requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
