About the Role
We are hiring for a leading client in the Renewable & Power Solutions industry.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and developing business opportunities in the Renewable / BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and Switchgear / Automation segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales & business development with Renewable / BESS customers and strategic partners.
- Engage with Switchgear, Automation, Panel Builders, DG OEMs, EPCs, and Electrical Consultants.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and product feedback.
- Manage techno-commercial activities including tendering, bidding, offer preparation, and pricing.
- Initiate and lead strategic discussions with key customers and partners.
Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Experience: Proven background in Sales / Business Development in Renewable Energy, BESS, Switchgear, or Automation (Relays, PLC, SCADA).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and techno-commercial skills.
- Self-driven, strategic mindset, and customer-focused professional.
