Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Electrical Projects vertical. The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and strengthening the company’s market presence in electrical turnkey projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, residential, and data centre projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, PMCs, Architects, and Builders.
- Present company capabilities, credentials, and completed project references to generate inquiries.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to provide technical inputs and customized solutions.
- Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and conferences for business promotion.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies in alignment with senior management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business strategies.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, HT/LT installations, and turnkey execution.
- Proven expertise in marketing, sales, and business development for electrical projects.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and proposal development abilities.
- Effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Market research and competitor analysis capability.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15+ years in Marketing / Sales / Business Development within Electrical Turnkey Projects or Electrical Contracting.
- Industry Exposure: Industrial plants, commercial buildings, data centres, and premium residential projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or MBA (Marketing preferred).
- Strong professional network with consultants, PMCs, and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
