🎯 Job Purpose
We are hiring on behalf of a reputed CA Firm for their Pharma sector audit project.
The selected candidates will support the Internal Audit function by conducting audits, risk assessments, and process reviews across departments and manufacturing units.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct risk-based internal audits as per the approved Audit Plan.
• Perform process walkthroughs, testing, and control evaluations to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and process risks; suggest actionable improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting observations, risk impact, and recommendations.
• Follow up and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with client teams across manufacturing plants and pharma facilities.
Qualifications
• B.Com / Inter CA / Inter CMA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience:
o Executive: 1–3 years
o Senior: 3–5 years
• Experience with Pharma or Manufacturing clients is highly preferred.
• Candidates from CA firms who have audited manufacturing or pharma companies are also encouraged to apply.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodology, and risk management.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client manufacturing sites when required.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards and regulations is an added advantage.
