💰 CTC: Up to ₹60 LPA
💼 Experience: 15–20 years (with at least 4–5 years in a similar capacity in manufacturing, preferably textile)

We are looking for a Commercial Head for our leading client in the manufacturing (preferably textile) industry. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all commercial operations, cost controls, MIS, procurement, and plant-level efficiency, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations and business growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial activities at the plant, including MIS, costing, procurement, logistics, and administration.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee cost control, vendor negotiations, and rate finalizations with contractors/job workers.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and accounts teams for seamless coordination and reporting.
• Drive inventory reduction, efficiency improvement, and profitability enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and internal control systems.
• Lead a team across production, accounts, MIS, stores, purchase, logistics, and admin functions.

🎓 Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate or above
• Experience: 15–20 years (with at least 4–5 years in a similar capacity in manufacturing, preferably textile)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Proficient in costing, MIS, procurement, and operations management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
