🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a TIBCO Support Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our team at the client location in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have experience in TIBCO middleware support/administration, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and monitoring for TIBCO middleware solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
• Handle deployments, configurations, and basic administration tasks.
• Create documentation for recurring issues and solutions.

🔹 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in TIBCO support / administration.
• Basic knowledge of TIBCO BW, EMS, Hawk, and Administrator.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts from client site.
