About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter Lead / Assistant Recruitment Manager to drive recruitment delivery and business growth through client engagement and modern HR technology adoption. This role combines recruitment expertise, leadership skills, and client management with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools, assessment platforms, and data-driven insights to scale efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Recruitment & Team Leadership
Manage end-to-end recruitment across industries and levels (sourcing to onboarding).
Mentor and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve targets with quality delivery.
Build strong candidate pipelines through modern sourcing strategies (social recruiting, AI-enabled ATS, referral programs).
Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers for role-specific requirements.
🔹 Technology & Process Enhancement
Implement and optimize AI-enabled Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Drive adoption of technical assessments and psychometric tools for quality hiring.
Use analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor recruitment metrics and forecast hiring needs.
🔹 Client Engagement & Business Development
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and delivery.
Partner with client stakeholders to understand evolving workforce requirements.
Proactively generate additional mandates and cross-sell recruitment/manpower solutions.
Gather client feedback, market insights, and competitor analysis to strengthen offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Post-Graduate with 6–10 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consulting).
Proven track record in independently managing recruitment mandates and leading teams.
Exposure to industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, BFSI, or Services.
Familiarity with AI-enabled recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and assessment technologies.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
