Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Sales) with experience in managing channel partners and driving B2B sales in the IT and network security domain. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales activities for an assigned region and product portfolio
- Drive revenue growth and maintain profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end-customers
- Handle the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and onboard new clients while nurturing existing relationships
Required Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in channel partner management
- Strong record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of Network Security and IT solutions
- Local language proficiency is a plus
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Electronics & Communication, IT, or BCA
- MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in sales
- Minimum 2 years in network security solutions
- At least 1 year managing channel partners
