👤 Role: Country Deputy Manager – India
We are hiring a Country Deputy Manager to support the India Country Manager (Chinese) in managing business operations and driving sales performance across India. This is a leadership role, ideal for candidates with experience in the medical equipment or hospital-grade devices industry.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Support the Country Manager in business expansion across India
Lead and manage a local team of 6–7 professionals
Drive medical equipment sales in hospital and homecare markets
Build relationships with distributors and healthcare institutions
Provide local market insights and strategy inputs to HQ
🎯 Requirements
Indian national with fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)
Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales or healthcare equipment distribution
Background in hospital-grade equipment or home healthcare products preferred
Strong team leadership and sales performance management skills
Ability to work closely with cross-cultural teams
