Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Renewable Energy to lead business growth in North & East India. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in technical sales, business development, and project handling in the renewable energy sector, with hands-on exposure to Solar, Wind, BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems), EMS (Energy Monitoring Systems), Hybrid, and Microgrid solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for renewable energy products and services.
  • Drive business development across Solar, BESS, Wind, Hybrid, and Microgrid verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, Panel Builders, Switchgear Clients, Consultants, Developers, and System Integrators.
  • Conduct technical-commercial presentations, support tendering, and prepare project-specific proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and project delivery.
  • Track customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and client meetings to generate leads and market presence.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and increase market penetration in the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Energy/Power Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B sales or business development within the renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of power control systems, energy storage, and hybrid energy solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong network in the renewable energy ecosystem in India is highly desirable.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across regions.
