Job Summary:
As a Service & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for product commissioning, technical troubleshooting, and providing high-level customer support. This role offers hands-on experience advanced power control systems and an opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support via phone, email, chat, and 24/7 service line
- Deliver technical training sessions for clients and internal staff (basic to intermediate level)
- Test and document new and existing products and update technical manuals
- Handle onsite commissioning, installation, and troubleshooting of products
- Execute product replacements, updates, and service tasks
- Manage and escalate quality issues related to hardware or software
- Collaborate with R&D teams and support cross-functional technical projects
- Willingness to travel for 10–40 days per year (within India)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience in Electrical Systems, PLC, SCADA, DG Sets, and Automation
- Proficient in IT tools with strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
