π§ Key Responsibilities:
π Lead Research: Identify potential business leads using online tools and platforms.
π Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
π Database Management: Maintain and update lead information for accuracy and follow-up.
βοΈ Outreach Support: Create and execute email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
β Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on set criteria and hand over to senior sales reps.
π€ Sales Support: Assist in scheduling, documentation, and meeting prep.
π Reporting: Help generate lead activity and KPI reports for management.
π£ Client Communication: Engage with potential clients and promote company offerings.
β Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of CRM systems
Team player with strong organizational abilities
Highly motivated and willing to learn
Good time management and prioritization skills
π Preferred Qualifications:
Prior internship/experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
