Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals
Conduct team reviews, set targets, and track progress

🔹 Client & Market Engagement

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, 5+ years in leadership
Strong knowledge of electrical product markets and B2B sales
Exceptional communication, team management, and strategic thinking skills
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, reporting systems, and sales analytics
