🔍 Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Manager – Accounts & Taxation to manage the end-to-end financial operations of our flagship company and the personal accounts and investments of our promoter family. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA or Inter CA with deep knowledge of income tax, corporate and personal taxation, and investment accounting.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Corporate Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records for the head office and group entities

• Oversee daily transactions and ensure proper documentation

• Act as SPOC for consultants regarding tax return filings and assessments

🔹 Personal Account Management

• Manage the promoter family’s personal accounts and cash flows

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain clear documentation

🔹 Investment Accounting

• Handle investment portfolios (stocks, bonds, real estate)

• Track performance, returns, and ensure accurate asset valuation

🔹 Income Tax & Return Filing

• Prepare and file individual tax returns

• Advise on tax-saving investments and strategies

• Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations

🔹 Index Balancing & Financial Accuracy

• Balance financial indexes and correct discrepancies

• Ensure audit-readiness of all financial documents

🔹 Audit & Compliance Support

• Liaise with tax authorities and manage audit queries

• Monitor regulatory changes and implement required compliance

🔹 Reporting & Financial Analysis

• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports

• Present actionable insights to the promoter family and management

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• CA / Inter CA with 10+ years of experience

• Must be Gujarati or Marwadi

• Strong command over Income Tax, IT Returns, Corporate & Individual Taxation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and discretion

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
