🔍 Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the Loan & Deposit Portfolio of a reputed organization. This role involves managing private borrowings, investment portfolios, compliance documentation, and preparing financial reports for management and auditors.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage private borrowings including Unsecured Loans and Inter-Corporate Deposits (ICDs)

• Draft loan proposals and ensure complete documentation and compliance

• Handle LAP, LAS, LRD, OD facilities and coordinate renewal processes

• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and brokers for disbursals, repayments, and queries

• Track loan repayment schedules, interest payments, and statutory requirements

• Oversee investment portfolios: Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Shares

• Monitor maturities, returns, and reinvestment plans

• Prepare and update MIS reports and financial dashboards

• Work with internal teams for audit readiness, document control, and compliance

• Coordinate with auditors, legal, and compliance teams for financial accuracy

🛠 Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or related roles

• Age: 30+ years preferred

• Strong MS Excel skills and knowledge of financial reporting

• Familiarity with loan documentation, investment tracking, and SAP (Treasury Module) is a plus

• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
